Management

The management department is at the core of Lane Residential Ltd and has grown substantially in size since the start of the company. We have an excellent team of contractors who are all professionally and financially responsible in their work. This covers all areas including plumbing, electrical work and general maintenance. We can also provide assistance dealing with insurance claims, interior and exterior redecoration, roofing and any other similar problems that may occur. An essential part of our work is rent collection and accounting to the Landlord on a monthly basis.
