Block Management

We already manage blocks in Hendon NW4 and Hampstead NW3. We provide a comprehensive service including collection of service charges, serving of Section 20 Notices if required and the many other duties connected to block management. Block management can be very complicated whether it is a small block of 4 flats or a large block/development of 50 plus flats. Recent legislation means that even the simple demand for a service charge has to be served in the appropriate and correct legal manner. In particular, many smaller blocks which have traditionally been run through a residents association would be well advised to speak to a company like ours. There is also other legislation involving Health & Safety aspects of Block management which if they are not attended to can ultimately lead to unfortunate and unintended financial consequences for all the flat owners.
